Clear journeys for every candidate.

Tomorrow’s opportunities.
The project at a glance
Talentsa is a recruitment platform for French-speaking Africa, with French and English experiences. The MVP work spans public job discovery, company pages, candidate applications, and employer tools for following recruitment activity, supported by a shared business API.
01The context
Connect both sides of the application journey
A recruitment platform serves two connected needs: candidates must understand an opportunity and apply, while employers must organise the applications they receive. Public pages, account access, and ongoing recruitment work therefore need to fit together. The design challenge is to keep a clear path for each audience across these stages, including when a visitor moves between French and English.
02The approach
Build around candidates and recruitment teams
The web application provides explicit language routes and separate candidate, company, administration, and support areas. Its connection to the API links those interfaces to the same underlying recruitment services. The scope includes authentication and billing interfaces as well as applications, so the product can be explored as a broader service. Some external integrations remain simulated while the MVP is developed and validated.
03The scope
What makes up the project.
Bilingual opportunity discovery
Public job listings and company pages give candidates a place to explore roles and understand the organisations behind them in French or English.
Candidate and employer journeys
Application flows and recruiter workspaces connect the candidate experience with the company’s need to review and follow incoming applications.
Supporting platform services
An API and associated interfaces cover account access, billing, administration, and support as part of the wider recruitment product.
Where the project stands
Talentsa remains an MVP in development. The work establishes connected recruitment journeys in two languages, with further integration and validation needed before a commercial launch.
