BoardiwaThe project at a glance
Boardiwa is a fleet operations platform in development. Its scope connects vehicle management, driver activity, collections, maintenance, and financial oversight across a web backoffice, a business portal, and mobile spaces for the people involved in daily operations.
01The context
Make daily activity understandable across the fleet
Fleet operations bring together people with different responsibilities. An operations team needs a broad view, a vehicle owner needs information about their assets and payments, and a service provider needs to follow assigned maintenance. The product challenge is to connect these perspectives so an activity can be understood alongside its responsible person, financial impact, and next action.
02The approach
Organise the product around responsibilities
The platform separates the interfaces by role while using a shared business API for data, access rules, and official financial values. This gives the web and mobile applications a common reference for operations and reporting. The development approach also treats loading, empty, and error states as part of the experience: people need to know whether information is missing, still arriving, or unavailable.

The business API connects operations, maintenance, and finance, with access rules designed around organisations and each participant’s responsibilities.
Where the project stands
Work is being developed and validated in test environments. The project focuses on making a complex operational system legible across several connected applications.
